| The Lucas Property Group was created
in 2003, it represents a consolidation of all companies formerly
in the Lucas & Tait Real Estate Group.
Established in 1964, the Lucas & Tait Real Estate Group, founded
by Ralph and Alan Lucas with George and Ross Tait, built a solid
reputation of excellence on the acquisition, development and
sale of real estate subdivisions - including Residential, Industrial,
Resort and Rural - totalling in excess of 20,000 allotments
throughout New South Wales and Queensland.
In the mid-1970s the Lucas families acquired full ownership,
while retaining the company name, as the Lucas & Tait Real Estate
Group expanded its successful base into commercial construction
and development in the 1980s.
Today, the Lucas Property Group continues to be a major presence
in the subdivisional field, with a focus on development of Residential,
Commercial, Industrial and Resort Projects. Joint Ventures are
also part of the Group strategy, and the Lucas Property Group
has completed many successful projects with landowners and financial
institutions.
With the combined expertise of its own team, supplemented
