The friendly South Coast community of Sussex Inlet just 2 1/2 hours drive from Sydney, with its beautiful natural environment and picturesque waterways has been the scene of extensive resort development by The Group for many years.

More recently, The Group completed the final stage of development at Riviera Keys, a magnificent subdivision where more than 300 homesites enjoy absolute waterfrontage with their own beautiful sandy beach.

All waterways have direct access to St. GeorgeÕs Basin and the South Pacific Ocean, yet Riviera Keys is only a short level walk to shops, Clubs and other services.

The GroupÕs holdings include a further 200 hectares adjoining Riviera Keys. This holding contains the Sussex Inlet Golf Course, as well as extensive areas to accommodate further development.

Current plans are to redevelop the Golf Course into a prestigious 18-hole course combined with residential development in excess of 600 homesites integrated in and around the Golf Course.
